Our Role: Master planning for 80-acre public/private urban renewal project that includes the biotech park, 800-unit mixed-income residential housing, retail facilities, parks and other open areas. Coordinated planning with the City of Baltimore, private sector, the Johns Hopkins University Medical School and the State of Maryland.
