History

The roots of Regan Associates were in the early 1980s under the leadership of Thomas Regan. Under Mr. Regan the firm worked in real estate advisory and pubic/private venture services. During the period between the early 1980s to mid 1990s the firm gained substantial international and national experience within real estate and construction for federal and local clients, including the 1.2 million square foot IRS National Operations Center in Washington, DC and many private developments such as Washington Harbour in Washington, D.C., Potomac Tower in Rosslyn, VA and the IBM Regional Headquarters at Rock Spring Park in Bethesda, MD. By 1996 Tom Regan joined with Will Regan and Sean Regan and formed The Highland Company to provide first-class project management skills to institutional and municipal clients.

Highland has since evolved into Regan Associates, LLC under the current ownership of Sean Regan.
