Our Role: Real estate advisor to the University of Maryland, College Park on a variety of issues. We provided market research studies of the on-campus and off-campus student housing markets, providing leasing support and space-use strategies for off-campus office leasing, construction oversight and inspection for off-campus projects, and support during negotiation and implementation of public-private parterships such as the 704-bed University Courtyard housing development.
