At Regan Associates, LLC we aim for and deliver the best to our clients. Our clients are our partners. Making sure that we deliver excellent service, on-time and budget performance, and a quality product is always our first goal.

We invest in partners and projects that allow for a challenge and growth for each team member. As a real estate advisor to the public sector, the firm has provided services to many federal and state agencies, local governments and universities. Services have ranged from lease negotiations to structuring a multi-year, multi-million dollar campus housing program, and to acting as the primary consultant in the development of two, several million square feet University Research Parks at the University of Maryland College Park and Johns Hopkins University at the Baltimore Medical Center.

Regan Associates, LLC has completed over fifty projects since its inception and currently has projects underway throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The firm is under contract to the District of Columbia government for Program Management oversight of the $49 million Walker Jones School, Recreation Center and Branch Library and we are partnering to manage the construction of the District’s Deanwood Community Center. In Howard County, Maryland we are overall program manager for the 63,000 sf Miller Branch Library and Historical Center. For Washington DC’s SEED Foundation, the firm has completed build-out of its five-acre campus in Southeast Washington, DC; and the firm is currently working on SEED’s fifty-two acre campus in Baltimore, MD. Also in Washington, D.C. the firm’s assignments include The School Libraries Project for eight DC Public Schools on Capitol Hill and the 50,000 sf Inter-American Development Bank Auditorium and Conference Facility at 1330 New York Avenue. In Newark, New Jersey the firm is providing project management services for the Newark Museum’s 100th Anniversary Signature Project, a $150 million renovation and expansion of the Museum’s 4.5 acre urban campus.
