Provided pro-bono development advisory, fundraising and project financing assistance to the Foundation’s Board of Directors.  The memorial project includes the Memorial itself, located at Market Square on Pennsylvania Avenue, and a 23,000 square foot Visitor’s Center, which contains a conference center, a 250-seat theater, exhibition space and a research center for scholar in maritime history.  Services provided include coordination among the Owner, PADC, the District Government, NCPC and the Commission of Fine Arts.
