Won competition held by Owner and Municipality to select a master planning and development planning team for a 180-acre site.  The final plan included 3 million square feet of office space, 2.5 million square feet of public and cultural space, and a residential component.  Approval of the plan required a close working relationship among the Owner, Municipality, community and a world-class design/development team.  With the strict zoning and development limits in Switzerland, this type of intense communication is a necessity.
